How We Share Your Information
We share your information in two circumstances only.

Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with anyone except our text messaging service provider, which uses it only to deliver our messages.
Data Retention
- Customer records, including service and installation history, are retained for seven years following your last service, so that we can support and warranty the system we installed.
- Text messaging consent records are retained for five years, in order to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging regulations.
- Inquiries that do not result in service are retained for twenty-four months and are then deleted.
