Water is the one utility you actually drink, cook with, and bathe in every day. It is also the one most homes never optimize, because the options have always been a pitcher in the fridge or a cartridge under one sink.
A whole-home system treats the water where it enters the house, so every faucet, shower, and appliance runs on it. One decision, made once.

We visit your home for a water assessment. We look at your water and how your house is plumbed, talk through what you want from a system, and answer your questions.

Step 2
Installed at the main line
Our team installs the right whole-home system where the water enters your house. Everything downstream runs through it: the kitchen, the baths, the showers, the appliances.
Most installs take two to three hours, and we clean up before we leave.
Step 3
Looked after, your way
You choose how we keep it running. Scheduled visits from our team with fresh filter cartridges, cartridges shipped to your door to swap yourself, or service whenever you need it.
You can switch between them over time. The point is that you don't have to remember any of it.
What's in Fairfield County water, and why we filter it.
A bit of honest context about Fairfield County water.
The utilities that serve our area meet every federal Safe Drinking Water Act requirement. They do their job, and they do it at the treatment plant. The water that leaves the plant is, by federal definition, legal and treated.
Two things happen after that. The water travels miles through aging pipes on its way to your tap, and many federal limits, written decades ago, have not kept pace with current health research. The space between the federal legal limit and the stricter health-based guideline is the room a whole-home filter works in.
PFAS ("forever chemicals")
PFAS are a family of long-lasting industrial compounds used in things like non-stick coatings, stain-resistant fabrics, and food packaging. They don't break down easily, which is where the nickname comes from, and public-health researchers continue to study their long-term effects.
In 2024 the EPA set the first federal limits on PFAS in drinking water: 4 parts per trillion for PFOA and PFOS, with limits between 10 and 25 ppt for several other compounds. Health-based research guidelines point lower still. A properly sized whole-home carbon system is a standard way to reduce them.
Chlorine byproducts (TTHMs and HAA5)
Chlorine in municipal water is one of the most important public-health tools of the last century. It also reacts with naturally-occurring organic matter in source water to form a group of compounds called disinfection byproducts.
Two groups are federally regulated: total trihalomethanes (TTHMs) at 80 parts per billion, and five haloacetic acids (HAA5) at 60 parts per billion. Health-based research guidelines suggest lower targets. Across our service area these readings often sit well below the federal limit and above the health-based guideline, which is exactly the gap a whole-home carbon filter addresses.
Lead, copper, and other metals
Most metals in home water don't come from the source. They come from the plumbing inside the house: copper service lines, brass fixtures, older solder joints. Homes vary, which is part of why we look at each one.
The federal action level for lead is 15 parts per billion, and health-based guidance for lead is stricter, especially for children. A whole-home system with the right media reduces lead along with the contaminants above.
